Population vs Happiness = Citizens aged
I got many questions for this from my referrals like :
What is happiness ?
How much houses should I get ?
So heres a very quick explanation :
1. One level house means 10% of happiness.
Example 1 = If you got 6 houses at level two means = 20% Happiness. How did I get that ? See example 2.
Example 2 = You got 2 houses at level two, 3 houses at level Four, and 1 house at level one for total 6 houses. So you got : 20% + 20% + 40% + 40% + 40% 10% = 170%. And you divide it by total houses 6 so you got 28% Happiness.
2. Every 10% happiness every citizen you recruited can live 6 days. So with 100% happiness they can live to 60 days.
3. One level house can accommodates 2 workers. So with 6 houses at level ten you can accommodates 120 worker and with level ten house means 100% happiness = will live for 2 months (60 days).
4. I dont know if I should tell this, but % population is your recruited workers and armies divide by your total accommodation.
So if you finish all the guides from Gentacomp Goldentowns Tutorial Part 1 and Gentacomp Goldentowns Tutorial Part 2 then you already got passive income in materials (and bonus gold). I will post it after my referrals near level 10.

Aura buildings...

As you already know, to make house level 2 you need road level 2 to town hall and market aura. But market's aura for level 1 cant support all houses so you need to upgrade market. Upgrading market level 2 you need police station level 1, next you need fire hall and so on. Theres many formation to make your aura efficient and I did the best (for me).
Total we need 9 buildings aura and graveyard. You can upgrade already build graveyard so we can focused on the auras. In the picture above you can put 8 buildings and the ninth on the southwest of it. Theres a trick there, you can put building diagonally with intersection road. So you can close some of the tile with 1 house and the 9th building Brothel.
Green = Intersection
Red = Auras
Blue = Roads

Trade your not needed material

On this post you will trade your vegetables to stones. As you can see you can trade 0.5849 stone for 1 vegetable or you can trade around 2 vegetables to get 1 stone. With this trick you can make more spaces in the warehouse. If you trade 200 vegetables to get 100 stones, than you already make 100 more spaces in the warehouse. Or just simple make more trouble if you have Space Trouble.

If you already join Virgin Islands you will got many materials when level up. With many materials goes to storage it will wasted if its 100% (total 600 materals for 1 level warehouse). What you need is leveling your warehouse (which you dont have aura YET) or make new warehouse. Put 1 or 2 warehouse at number 1 and/or 2 if its really needed. But you can also Trade your materials to make more spaces on the warehouse.

Gentacomp GT Tutorial Part 2 (3-5 days)

Hello guys... I cant wait posting for part 2, but I post it anyway. I hope you guys already finish Gentacomp GT Tutuorial Part 1 so it would be wise if you done it first...
Day 1
1. Make Police station first then Fire hall at number 9 and 10. While you do that, change your country to Virgin Island. Because their law extremely usefull for developing your town. If you not go there yet, you can read my Tutorial here : Change your Country !!
2. After Police station finish and you got gold from your country (after your account leveled up) buy a Policeman. You can buy it through Market -> Worker -> Policestation.
Day 2
1. IF you not follow ingame tutorial, you shouldnt have market and house at number 6 and 7. So you can build production there, and remember all production building doesnt required any auras. But before you go for production, try to make all n shape road that circling houses to level 3.
3. IF you follow ingame tutorial, destroy number 6 and 7 while open space at number 1 2 and 3.
4. Build Farm at number 8 and build Vegetable Farm at number 6 and 7.
5. After space open build Stone Quary, Blacksmith, Wood Factory and Claypit at number 1,2,3 and 4.
6. Always upgrading road to level 3, you should done it in 5 days depend on your materials.

Before you go, I give you details for recomended country : Virgin Islands
Here is why :
1. Every gold mined you got bonus 0.001 gold, so it should be 10% from your first level gold mine.
2. Level up bonus for new players (Population between 0-200) : 30 veg, 30 meat, 30 wood, 10 iron, 10 stone, 10 clay and 0.0100 gold.
3. Another bonus level up for every player (Population between 0-300) : 0.0050 gold
Its really worth since you can buy officer like Policeman or Fireman every level up. After you finish this, you should be easly building up on Gentacomp GT Part 2 (3-5 days).

Gentacomp GT Tutorial Part 1 (3-5 days)

Hello guys, this Golden Towns tutorial should be done in 3 to 5 days. When you start for the first time, please IGNORE ingame tutorial. Its not worth for the long run...
Day 1
1. Upgrade all road that circling houses to level 2 (n shape first) and place market. It will need around 12 hours. Start production for all buildings (upgrade all production buildings + roads if you invest 5-10 Euro)
2. Recruit worker at market then level up all house inside market aura and create more worker at Town Hall.
Day 2
1. Still upgrading all road (include n shape at production buildings), productions, warehouse and houses to level 2. Warehouse level 2 can store for total 1200 materials.
Day 3
1. All should be finish, but you can take it slow while regenerating energy. Energy would be regenerate 1 everyday, so if you finished it in 5 days you should have extra 120 energy.
